saving money
I went up to Thanksgiving point with my parents today. They have a little deli (pretty good, cheap prices too) and a nicer restaurant called Harvest. We walked around and looked at all the xmas crap.
They also have a petting zoo which costs 3.50 to get in. However if you go around back, you don’t have to pay. We got some great horse and donkey pics. I don’t think it was worth 3.50.Afterwords I left my parents to meet with my girlfriend. Debating on whether to get coffee or beer, I opted to beer. There are a couple brewery’s out here that you don’t have to pay a membership to get in. I guess its the fact that you have to deal with the sucky local beer.( Just so you know. Every local beer I have ever had out here is bitter as hell. With the exception of a beer I had here, called the Schwartzen- Lager and a IPA at Squatters.)
Oh, ps.Its 3.2.
So thats 2 times I saved money.
- 1. Didn’t pay for the petting zoo 3.50$
- 2. No membership fee to bar with sucky beer 5.00$
- I just saved 8.50$.

“What good is saving money if you are cheating and screwing someone (even a copany) else??”
so thanksgiving point lost my 3.50 $, big deal. I would much rather cheat and screw a copany than an individual. I think thanksgiving point can spare it.

You forgot to mention that you took your parents out for lunch and that costs you 27 bucks. So I guess you didn’t save that much afterall. Oh, btw, your parents said they thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with you walking through the gardens, posing for pictures and petting the animals and just being together ….PRICELESS…….
