CheapOAir.com

This is the second time I have gone through Cheap-o-air.com and I had problems the first time. In fact it was the same problem I had this time. They changed my flight a week before I left and I had to call them and sit on the phone for about 20 minutes. I thought maybe they would have changed for the better since then. I guess I was wrong.
I booked a flight about a month ago to San Juan, Puerto Rico, over a month ago. And just now under a week before we are leaving they change the flight. I understand that it happens. But twice? They sent me an email and this is what it said:
Thank you for choosing cheapoair.com, This is in Regards to your reservation ,there has been a schedule changedone by the airline and regarding the same wouldlike to confirm the new flight Schedule with you which is attached below for your reference :

On a side note they forgot to put a space in between thank and you and that they forgot to insert the to between reply and us.
But what the heck does ” 3 DL 782 T 08JAN “mean? And how do I decipher this? So I call the company and after 30 minutes on the phone she tells me that she can’t find the booking agent and to hold longer. Finally she tells me that the layover at JFK is like 6 hrs long. So she changed the flight when she finally did, I asked to speak to her manager.
I heard him say hello, then told him how upset I was. When he went to respond, I could not understand him nor even hear him. (He had such a thick Indian accent) I asked him if there was anyone else I could speak to, and could faintly here a “no”.
I hung up still feeling annoyed with the whole situation.If I were you and knowing what I know about cheapoair.com, I would not book a flight through them.

That’s too bad, but maybe you should of seen the writing on the wall since the name of the business is Cheapoair. Well thanks for the “heads up”. I won’t be doing any business with them.
